  • Same directions from either north or south, but only travel 2 miles on Possum Hollow Rd, take a left on Hostetter Ave and then a right on Red Oak Lane. This will take you directly to the camping gate.

  • From 81 S:
    Take Exit 24 – Fayette St.
    Take a right off the ramp
    Left at the light of Mt. Rock Rd.

    Right onto Possum Hollow Road and continue for about 2.5 miles.



    From US 11:
    Take a left onto Hostetter Ave
    Left onto Possum Hollow Rd and follow the signs.

  • Parking is free and is available in the lt across from the Main Gate.

  • As Uprise approaches this weekend, we want to assure everyone that the health and safety of our guests, volunteers, artists, and staff remain our top priority. We are mindful of events happening across the nation, and because of that, Uprise will be operating with heightened awareness and precautionary measures. These measures are in place to provide peace of mind for you and your loved ones throughout the festival.

    For months, our team has been working with Pennsylvania state and local officials to create a thorough security plan, ensuring a safe and uplifting atmosphere for all who attend.

    Uprise is a family event - and our families are here alongside yours, making safety a priority for all of us. Our commitment is that every guest who joins us can enjoy the weekend with confidence.

    It is our prayer that each person at Uprise encounters encouragement, community, and joy in a secure environment. We are excited to welcome you to the Shippensburg Fairgrounds this weekend for an unforgettable time together to celebrate 20 amazing years with all of you.

  • For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following items are not allowed inside the festival grounds:

    • Alcohol (of any kind)

    • Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia

    • Weapons of any kind (including firearms, knives, pepper spray, tasers, and similar items)

    • Explosives, fireworks, or flares

    • Glass containers or bottles

    • Professional audio/video recording equipment (including tripods, drones, or large cameras with detachable lenses)

    • Laser pointers or high-powered flashlights

    • Animals (except approved service animals)

    • Items intended for sale or unauthorized distribution

    • Any item deemed unsafe or disruptive by security staff

  • There are no refunds. You can resell or gift them to someone else, but all orders are non-refundable.

  • If you do not have your ticket confirmation with the barcode, don’t worry! We can look up your ticket by your name or your group’s name. The whole group does not have to be present in order to get in.

  • There are First Aid stations available throughout the grounds as well as emergency vehicles on call just in case. See the map for these locations.

  • The gates for all General Admission will open at 12:00PM on Friday.

    Campers will be able to arrive at 9AM on Friday, but will not be able to enter the main festival area until the General Admission gates open.

    For 2025, everyone will need to be off the premises by Monday at noon.

  • No alcohol or drugs are permitted on the grounds. Uprise Events has the right to remove anyone who violates this policy from the grounds permanently.

    Smoking areas are designated just outside the gates.

  • Lost & Found will be by the main gate.

  • Tickets will be available online until 11:59 PM on Thursday September 12. If you still need tickets after that, they will be available at the gates. It is an outdoor event, so we will not be sold out.

  • You are allowed to roam around anywhere you like. You can save your place in the arena for that day, however, Friday night all blankets, chairs, umbrellas and personal items must be removed until the gates open on Saturday morning.

  • You are welcome to bring chairs, umbrellas, or blankets. However, chairs and umbrellas are only permitted behind the sound tower in the main arena. Also, please be aware of those around you. If you have a large set up, please stay towards the back so you are not impeding anyone else’s view.

  • Our goal is to make all our prices as low as possible so everyone can enjoy, so we do not offer discounts or group prices.

  • All camping spots are 20X40. Camping at Uprise Festival is very basic. There are no hookups and no ground fires allowed, but you are very close to the main area of the festival and is a very short walk to everything.

  • Yes! However, professional cameras are not allowed, this includes the PIT.

  • We have portajohns around the fairgrounds. There are also a traditional bathroom between the Main Gate and the Food Village.

  • The Vendor Tent located near the Food Village has all the main stage bands merchandise. There is also the Rockstar stage merchandise tent located near the Rockstar Stage and the Hip Hop stage merchandise located near the food pavilion.

  • As long as you have your wristband, you will be given access all weekend.

  • There is a skate park, Kidz Zone, inflatables, a petting zoo, and much more!

  • There are many food vendors in the Food Village located just inside the main gate.

  • YES! However your cooler may be inspected at the gate. We ask that no glass be brought onto the festival grounds.
